Kurhaus Eismanufaktur

In the Kurhaus colonnades our new ice cream parlour "Kurhaus Eismanufaktur" serves a wide range of delicious ice cream.

The ice cream is home made in our ice cream laboratory inside our Kurhaus restaurant - and this makes a difference. Besides milk and fruit ice cream we also offer vegan and gluten-free types of ice cream.
We produce daily, so of course you can always enjoy fresh ice cream. We offer a standard range of twelve flavours plus additional seasonal and fancy types of ice cream.

During the Advent season, you will not only receive ice cream in the "Eismanufaktur" in the Kurhaus colonnades No. 1, but also the exclusive Christmas assortment from the confectionery in the Kurhaus. Here is cinnamon in the air!

Ingredients and components

In respect of ingredients and components we set a high value into quality and origin. We mainly use regional as well as seasonal products. Milk and cream we buy from Schwarzwaldmilch dairy, our fruit from local farms.

Sustainability

Also in respect of sustainabilty we made our choice regarding cups, spoons etc. Our cups are 100% plastic free, bio-degradable and compostable. And of course you can also enjoy your ice cream in a cone. The cups for our speciality sundaes as well as our spoons are also bio-degradable, they are made of maize starch.
